Wrentham Library gets a Boost from the Bayer Fund
Wrentham, AB – Citizens of Wrentham and surrounding area are benefitting from upgrades made to the local library. Bayer Fund awarded $2,500 through its 2018 Canada’s Farmers Grow Communities (CFGC) program to the Wrentham Library and Post Office to purchase new equipment for the facility.
High School Students Connect to Local Agriculture with Support from the Bayer Fund
Students at Norwell District Secondary School (NDSS) had a unique link to local agriculture thanks to an investment in a specialty program known as LEAF (Local Environmental Agriculture & Food).

Visitors to Melville’s Heritage Museum will notice soon notice upgrades to the facility thanks to the support of the Bayer Fund. The Melville Heritage Museum has been awarded $2,500 through the 2018 Canada’s Farmers Grow Communities (CFGC) program to upgrade the museum’s Farm Tool Room.
Local Aquatic Center Makes Upgrades with Support from Bayer Fund
Local swimmers will notice a welcome upgrade to the pool thanks to support from the Bayer Fund. The Hamiota Aquatic Centre was awarded $2,500 through the Bayer Fund’s 2018 Canada’s Farmers Grow Communities (CFGC) program to make renovations to the facility.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarington Gets a Boost from Bayer Fund
Local youth will benefit from an increase in support to Big Brothers Big Sisters Clarington (BBBS Clarington). Bayer Fund has awarded $2,500 to BBBS Clarington to support costs related to staffing, child safety, volunteer training and more through its 2018 Canada’s Farmers Grow Communities (CFGC) program.
